Candidate B
1st/2nd Line Support Technician | Server 2003, Exchange, XP, Citrix, VoIP
Candidate B is a knowledgeable, professional with experience prioritising and providing 1st and 2nd line support to over 750 desktop and laptop users. This includes Support issues involving: LAN access, Wireless access, bespoke applications, MS office, Blackberry phones, Cisco phones (VoIP), scanners, fax machines, printer maintenance and emergency calls. Candidate G is a CCNA, CCNP, CCDA, CCDP and CCIP qualified graduate who is currently studying for his CCIE. During his work history candidate G has worked as part of an international team of approximately 100 people in the test environment of a large company. Where projects included testing office security with 802.1x, to testing new Data Centre topologies using the Nexus range of products. In addition to this candidate G was responsible for configuring a range of equipment from small routers (2600) and switches (2950) to much larger switches (6500, VSS, Nexus 7K, 5K, 2K) and larger routers and devices (3800, ASA, ASR). Candidate G has an extraordinary skill set for someone in his position and is looking immediately for permanent positions around the North West.

Candidate I is a proficient, highly motivated infrastructure manager with over ten years management experience, developing and maintaining a global network infrastructure for an international company. In this role he was responsible for the design, associated procurement, deployment, and support of the company infrastructure services.
