Candidate A

Web Developer

Candidate A is an experienced developer who has worked both on internal and external web sites. They have worked on both Windows forms and web applications using both VB.NET and C#. They have been exposed to Web Services, SEO, DotNetNuke, and XSLT and code generation. They have also been involved in creating web applications using ASP.NET as well as creating web services and linking them with AJAX.

Web Designer

Candidate B is an experienced Web and Graphic Designer with over four years commercial experience. They are proficient in HTML, CSS and JavaScript along with Photoshop and Illustrator. Candidate B has client facing experience from taking a brief through to the mock up of initial concept. They design the site through to completion using HTML. They are also experienced with JQuery.

Web Developer

Candidate I is an experienced Software/Web Developer with over 10 years experience of IT Development. Their development experience includes Metastorm BPM/E-work 7.5 & 6, C#, .Net, ASP.Net/ASP, JScript.net/ JavaScript, TSQL, PHP, JavaScript, VBScript and SQL Server. They have been responsible for developing a large number of the BPM/e-work procedures/maps which included the design of the proprietary SQL database and writing a lot of the supporting TSQL views, procedures/functions. They have also used a number of supporting applications & web services which they have developed using C# .Net and ASP.Net.

They have been involved with the maintenance, enhancement and support of the in house system that they were involved in developing. They have been involved in the migration from SQL 2000 to SQL 2005. Candidate J also has experience with XML, system and data integration as well as reporting tools such as Crystal Reports, Business Objects and Active Reports.
