Our goal is to provide a high quality service for all our customers. Everyone who comes into contact with IT Works be it candidates, clients or consultants, will receive respect and professionalism at all times. Our Customer Charter sets out the standards that you should expect from IT Works Recruitment Ltd.

IT Works is committed to the following:

Service Level:


• We aim to answer 100% of all calls coming in.
• We will answer 95% of all calls within 3 rings.
• We will ensure that the first person you deal with either answers your enquiry or passes you onto the correct person.
• We will return phone messages within 1 working day and acknowledge and respond to emails within 24 hours.
• We will record complaints, comments and compliments and use them to review and improve our services to all our customers.
• We will treat you respectfully and professionally and not discriminate against you because of your race, religion, age, sex, sexuality or disability.
• All formal complaints will be acknowledged and investigated within 24 hours and corrective actions will be completed and reported within 7 days.

Initial registration

• You will be given an honest appraisal of whether or not IT Works Recruitment can actually help.
