How To Write A CV

A CV is your mouthpiece before you get the chance to open your own! It is a tool to get you an interview. Having a dynamic CV, that grabs attention, is critical.
  • Your CV should, ideally, be no more than three pages long.
  • Present your experience in a logical order, with most recent jobs first.
  • Use headings, so information can easily be found.
  • Consider having more than one CV. Tailor it for every application, highlighting your most relevant areas of expertise.
  • Your CV should be a true representation of your experience and qualifications. Do not lie or you will be caught out!
Structure

Put personal information at the top of the CV. Include:

  • Name
